About the role
We are growing and looking for reinforcement for our own team in Wertingen. You work directly with the founder and bring together specialists and companies from the region.
Your tasks
- Proactively approach specialists and leaders (active sourcing) – by phone, LinkedIn and job boards
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualify profiles
- Present suitable candidates to our mid-sized clients
- Guide the process from the first call to the signed contract
- Maintain candidates and mandates in our own ATS
Your profile
- Experience in recruiting, recruitment consulting or sales
- Career changers with a sales or HR background are welcome
- You enjoy talking to people on the phone
- Structured, independent way of working
- Very good German, written and spoken
