We founded Hue.HYRE Consulting because we were tired of watching recruiting being done poorly.
Too many agencies send out resumes randomly. Too many recruiters don't know the position they're hiring for. Too many processes take weeks when it could be days.
We wanted to do things differently. Personal. Direct. Fast. No overhead, no hierarchies, no having your request pass through three departments before someone picks up the phone.

My background: IT and HR technology. With Hue.IT Solutions I've been advising mid-sized companies in Bavaria on digitalization and IT for years – and kept seeing the same thing: companies don't fail because of technology, they fail to find the right people. That's exactly why Hue.HYRE exists.
I work with a self-built ATS that combines AI matching with personal selection. The result: first profiles within 72 hours instead of weeks – and candidates I've vetted myself before you ever see them.
