Team / Shift Lead Workshop (m/f/d)

About the role
For a technical maintenance provider we are looking for a workshop lead in shift operation at its site in eastern Württemberg.
Your tasks
- Lead the workshop team and plan staff by qualification
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and safe operation
- Shopfloor management including KPIs
- Technical operating releases, briefings and occupational safety
- Leave and training planning, staff reviews and input on hiring
- Take part in audits and the technical on-call service
Your profile
- Technical apprenticeship, e.g. mechatronics or electronics technician
- Master craftsman or state-certified technician (mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar)
- Several years in mechanics/electrics/electronics, ideally vehicle technology
- Leadership experience and knowledge of occupational safety
- Confident with MS Office and maintenance software
- Willingness to work three shifts
