Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role
For a mid-sized industrial company in the Allgäu we are looking for a quality assurance specialist (m/f/d) in series production.
Your tasks
- Handle and coordinate customer and supplier complaints
- Quality support for series production and in-process inspections
- Analyse deviations, initiate and track corrective actions (8D)
- Damaged-part and root-cause analyses, assess blocked stock
- Contribute to process FMEAs and maintain QA documentation
- Prepare and support internal and external audits
Your profile
- Technical apprenticeship or degree with several years in quality assurance
- Knowledge of QM methods such as FMEA, PPAP, 8D and MSA
- Experience with standards such as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
- Good understanding of metrology
- Confident with customers and suppliers
