About the role
For the Augsburg service branch of a commercial-vehicle manufacturer we are looking for a hands-on workshop manager (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Technical and organisational management of the workshop
- Scheduling for in-house and field service
- Prepare quotations, advise customers on service and repairs
- Diagnose and repair vehicle bodies, installations at customers and in the branch
- Conduct and document annual safety briefings
- Customer training and technical phone support
- Support sales with spare parts and services, assist with stocktaking
Your profile
- Apprenticeship as automotive mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or agricultural/construction machinery mechanic plus master craftsman certificate
- Electronics and hydraulics knowledge, fault analysis and repair experience, welding skills
- Leadership experience, resilient, independent working style
- Driving licence class B
- Willingness to train further
