About the role
For an international industrial company in the Augsburg region we are looking for a payroll specialist (m/f/d) responsible for a defined group of employees.
Your tasks
- Timely, compliant payroll for a defined group of employees
- Maintain payroll master data, prepare notifications, certificates and reports
- Advise employees and company pensioners on payroll questions
- Contact for health insurers, authorities and external bodies
- Support wage tax and social security audits
- Year-end and year-change tasks, personnel provisions
- HR controlling reports and quarterly personnel cost planning
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with payroll qualification
- Several years of payroll experience
- Sound knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law
- Good SAP HCM skills, excellent Excel
- Independent, structured way of working, interest in digitalisation
